Clients may be required to review and acknowledge the Crisis JK Solutions compliance requirements and client acknowledgments before property-locating services begin.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and completing all application requirements established by the property they choose to pursue.
Crisis JK Solutions and independent property-locating partners do not make property approval decisions.
Approval is determined by the property owner, landlord, property manager or leasing company.
Property availability, pricing, deposits, fees and qualification requirements can change without notice.
Payment for property-locating assistance does not guarantee that a client will be approved, lease a property, receive a specific property, or obtain housing placement.
VISIT COMPLIANCE CENTEROnce housing is secured, clients may submit a separate moving request.
Moving requests may be presented to participating moving partners based on location, availability and service requirements.
A moving partner may provide assistance at no charge or may charge the client according to the partner’s terms.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the partner’s services, pricing and terms before agreeing to moving assistance.
Crisis JK Solutions is building an independent network of property-locating partners to help clients navigate housing searches.
Participating locators operate independently and are responsible for their own services, availability and applicable requirements.
Qualified Crisis JK Solutions clients may be referred to participating property locators based on service needs and availability.
Eligible independent locators may receive compensation for qualifying completed placements according to the applicable partner agreement and commission schedule.
Partner participation is subject to qualification, agreement, availability and applicable Crisis JK Solutions requirements.
